Compensation and Schedule for the Payment Poster 
Payment Poster – Full-time, onsite, $22-$24 per hour, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Great opportunities for growth! 

Required Qualifications of the Payment Poster 
- 2+ years of recent medical payment posting experience required 
- Recent ECW experience required 
- High school diploma or GED required 
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen 

Responsibilities of the Payment Poster 
- Enter ERA files and EOBs into ECW system  
- Reconciliate daily receipts and bank deposits  
- Handle adjustments, write-offs, deductibles, and copays  
- Track underpayments and denials and route to billing team
