Compensation and Schedule for the AR Specialist - CPC 
AR Specialist - CPC – Full-time, onsite during probationary period, $20-$23 per hour, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Great opportunities for growth! 

Required Qualifications of the AR Specialist - CPC 
- 1+ years of recent CMS 1500 collections experience required 
- Current Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or CPC-A certification required 
- High school diploma or GED required 
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen 

Responsibilities of the AR Specialist - CPC 
- Follow up on CMS 1500 claims  
- Work outstanding AR for all payors 
- Work with coding and billing staff on AR issues
