Compensation and Schedule for the Clinical Service Desk Analyst
Clinical Service Desk Analyst - Full-time, hybrid, $25-$28 per hour, Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm. Join a growing team!
Required Qualifications of the Clinical Service Desk Analyst
- 2+ years of recent clinical IT support experience required
- LPN, CPAS, CPP, RHIA, RHIT, CCS, or CPC required
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Responsibilities of the Clinical Service Desk Analyst
- Provide IT clinical application customer support expertise
- Answer, log, and resolve customer issues
- Provide supplemental training via a centralized, remote call center structure
- Provide clinical application support for various teams, work groups, committees, and project implementations
- Support the organizational vision and direction for EHR applications, design, management, and related workflow
- Serve as a liaison between the facility or specialty area, onsite clinical application support staff, and the IT team to communicate user needs and facilitate system modification to meet user needs
