Compensation and Schedule for the Pharmacist  
Pharmacist – Full-time, contract, onsite, $60 per hour, Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 5:30pm. Join a relaxed environment with room for growth!  

Required Qualifications of the Pharmacist 
- 
1+ year of recent pharmacy experience required 
- 
Recent experience in clinical management of home infusion therapy preferred 
- 
BS or Pharm.D from an accredited school of Pharmacy required 
- 
Current Pennsylvania pharmacy licensure in good standing required 
- 
High school diploma or GED required 
- 
Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen 

Responsibilities for the Pharmacist  
- 
Maintain thorough documentation of clinical activities which includes reviewing and verifying patient orders, conducting assessments and medication reconciliations, monitoring drug therapy outcomes, and providing consultations to healthcare professionals and patients regarding drug use and therapy adjustments 
- Supervise and participate in the preparation of sterile compounded medication 
- 
Dispense medication and related supplies/equipment 
- 
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, and USP 797/800 standards for sterile compounding and hazardous drugs 
- Interact and communicate effectively and positively with staff 
- Maintain clinical skills through continuous learning 

- Assist in the clinical education of pharmacy students 
- 
Participate in pharmacy quality commitment (PQC) activities 
- 
Support departmental operations including on-call rotations and obtaining necessary licensure
