Compensation and Schedule for the Medical Assistant 
Medical Assistant – Full-time, onsite, $20-$23 per hour, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Join a busy medical office with a positive working environment!  

Required Qualifications of the Medical Assistant 
- 1.5+ years of recent medical assistant experience required 
- Internal or Family Medicine experience preferred 
- Medical Assistant diploma or certification required 
- High school diploma or GED required 
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen 

Responsibilities of the Medical Assistant 
- Greet and check in/check out patients 
- Handle referrals and authorizations 
- Answer phones and schedule appointments 
- Enter patient information and med reconciliations into EMR system 
- Prep patients for provider 
- Perform blood draws and injections
