Compensation and Schedule for the Medical Records Representative 
Medical Records Representative – Full-time, onsite during probationary period, $18-$20 per hour, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm during training. Join a growing department! 

Required Qualifications of the Medical Records Representative 
- 2+ years of recent medical records experience required 
- 3+ years of recent medical records experience preferred 
- EMR system experience required 
- High school diploma or GED required 
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen 

Responsibilities of the Medical Records Representative 
Work inbound documents through the Work Queue Monitor program.
