Compensation and Schedule for the Medical Billing Specialist 
Medical Billing Specialist – Full-time, onsite, $22-$24 per hour, Monday – Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm during training. Great office to work in with huge opportunities for growth! 

Required Qualifications for the Medical Billing Specialist 
- 3+ years of recent medical billing, claims, and/or collections experience required 
- Dermatology and CMS 1500 experience preferred 
- High school diploma or GED required 
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen 

Responsibilities of the Medical Billing Specialist 
- Handle all aspects of full revenue cycle medical billing and A/R follow-up 
- Research and resubmit denied claims  
- Review CPT codes and code pathology 
- Set up payments 
- Answer billing questions 
- Assist with phone calls as needed
