Job # 22908 Human Resources Coordinator 

Summary 
This successful Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for providing Acclivity Healthcare’s candidates, clients, and internal staff with service and support beyond expectation! The Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of mission-critical Customer Service, Administrative, Compliance, and Research functions while maintaining the integrity of the overall confidentiality and security requirements of the company. 


Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and assist candidates and clients in person and on the telephone in a warm and professional manner 
- Sort, filter, upload, and code incoming resumes 
- Conduct candidate searches through job boards to build targeted lists of high-quality candidates for Recruiters to network with 
- Perform various data entry functions including the successful complete and 100% correct data input to add and / or update records in the company database 
- Assist with the pre-employment and onboarding requirements set forth by policies and contracts 
- Support Operations team with ordering background checks, employment verifications, education verifications, and professional references 
- Build authorization forms for occupational health services 
- Facilitate the successful complete and high-quality placement process 
- Adhere to a very strict code of professional conduct: The Acclivity Way 
- Maintain a very high sense of urgency 


Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma or GED required 
- Must have general understanding and knowledge of overall operational processes, plus be detail and accuracy oriented 
- Minimum of 2 years within a healthcare or human resources administrative role 
- Must understand the utmost importance of confidentiality and document security 
- Must be able to interact with staff at all levels of the company as well as external employees and clients 
- Must be proactive in the contribution of ideas to the department and/or company; have excellent communications skills and be able to coordinate resources and responsibilities 
- Proven track record of success in a customer or client service role 
- Friendly, outgoing, warm and helping disposition 
- Positive “can do” attitude at all times 
- Expert problem-solving skills 
- Diplomacy skills and ability to maintain positive internal and external customer relations 
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Chrome 
- Accurate data entry skills; minimum 40+ wpm 
- Organizational and multi-tasking skills 
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen 

$15-$18/hour DOE. Full time Monday - Friday. 9am to 6pm. Position located in Scottsdale, AZ office.
