Responsibilities of the Medical Payment Poster
- Post insurance and patient payments
- Post denials to patient accounts
- Post contractual adjustments
- Organize refund requests
- Transfer copay and deductible balances to patient responsibility
- Balance payments posted back to the original deposit amounts
- Answer phone calls regarding patient accounts

Required Qualifications of the Medical Payment Poster
- 1+ year of recent medical payment posting or billing experience
- High School diploma or GED required
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen

Compensation for the Medical Payment Poster
Medical Payment Poster – X3  Full-time, $16.50-$19 per hour, Monday-Friday.
