Responsibilities of the Front Office Receptionist
Front Office Receptionist will work on the Advanced GYN team. Greets patients, checks them in, collects patient registration forms, updates demographics, verifies insurance, collects co-pays, answers patient questions, answers phones, handles appointment scheduling and re-scheduling. This is a very prestigious team of Dr.'s that specialize in advanced pelvic pain.
Required Qualifications of the Front Office Receptionist
- 2+ years of recent Medical Front Office experience
- Specialty experience including insurance verification experience and other front office duties
- High School diploma or GED required
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Compensation and schedule for the Front Office Receptionist
Front Office Receptionist – Full-time, $17–$18 per hour, Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm.
