Responsibilities of the Front Office Receptionist
The Front Office Receptionist greets patients, checks them in and has them complete registration forms. Collects insurance card and picture ID, verifies insurance eligibility, works with and processes incoming referrals. Answers phones, relays messages, schedules appointments, etc.
Required Qualifications of the Front Office Receptionist
- 2+ years of recent Medical Front Office and appointment scheduling experience
- High School diploma or GED required
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Compensation and schedule for the Front Office Receptionist
Front Office Medical Receptionist – Full-time, $18 - $20 per hour, Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm.
