They are currently in need of a friendly Registration and Discharge Scheduler to join their team!
Responsibilities of the Registration and Discharge Scheduler
Registration: Verify and update patient demographics and insurance information, scan documents, collect copays, coinsurance, deductible, deposits, and / or past due balances, and process self-check-in appointments.
Discharge: Schedule appointments for testing, follow-ups, or referrals, complete authorizations, patient enrollment, and create new patient charts.
Required Qualifications of the Registration and Discharge Scheduler
- 2+ years of recent medical scheduling experience required
- 40+ wpm typing minimum required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen
Compensation and schedule for the Registration and Discharge Scheduler
Registration and Discharge Scheduler – Full-time, $17-$20 per hour, Monday – Friday, flexible shifts between 6:30am and 5:00pm. Amazing benefits package, PTO and PSL, paid holidays, lots of growth opportunities!
