Compensation and Schedule for the RN Coordinator
RN Coordinator – Contract, onsite, $37-$55 per hour, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Join a great team!
Required Qualifications of the RN Coordinator
- 3+ years of recent nursing experience required
- Internal or family medicine experience preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Arizona RN license required
- AHA BCLS certification required
- Associate degree in nursing required
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Responsibilities of the RN Coordinator
- Coordinate daily clinical operations
- Maintain regulatory compliance and a safe work environment
- Maintain patient-focused care as measured by patient satisfaction surveys
- Assure all clinical personnel are working within their scope of practice
- Provide leadership in coordination of care
- Direct a team to assist with procedures, monitor patients, and provide appropriate follow-up care
- Coordinate the care of patients through appropriate triage
- Coordinate open access, test verification and follow-up systems, referrals and appropriate documentation
- Collaborate with staff, families, residents and physicians regarding patient needs and actively participate in process improvement
- Develop and monitor patient education materials
- Assist Medical Director and Manager to improve clinical efficiencies by enhancing customer service and implementing employee retention strategies
- Provide comprehensive, safe, and effective, evidence-based nursing care to achieve desired health outcomes for the patient
