Compensation and Schedule for the Medical Assistant 
Medical Assistant – Full-time, onsite, $25 per hour, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Great benefits and a positive working environment! 

Required Qualifications of the Medical Assistant 
- 1+ years of recent back-office medical assistant experience required 
- 2+ years of recent back-office medical assistant experience preferred 
- Family medicine experience preferred 
- Medical Assistant diploma or certification required 
- High school diploma or GED required 
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen 

Responsibilities of the Medical Assistant 
- Room patients and take vitals  
- Collect patient information and enter into EMR system  
- Help provider with procedures 
- Handle injections and blood draws  
- Answer phones 
- Schedule/reschedule appointments and procedures 
- Handle prescription refills and prior authorizations
